Measurements taken flatHow to measure — and how we measure
All measurements are taken with the garment laid flat, buttoned or zipped, without stretching the fabric. Compare these numbers with a garment you already own — it is more reliable than measuring your body.

| Bust / chest | Measure straight across the front of the garment 2.5 cm (1 in) below the armhole, then double it. | ±1 inch |
| Waist | Measure across the narrowest point of the waistband, laid flat, then double it. Elastic waists are measured relaxed. | ±1 inch |
| Hip | Measure across the widest point of the hip, about 18–20 cm (7–8 in) below the waistband, then double it. | ±1 inch |
| Length | From the highest point of the shoulder (or the top of the waistband for bottoms) straight down to the hem. | ±1 inch |
| Inseam | From the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg opening, measured along the inside of the leg. | ±1 inch |
| Thigh / leg opening | Measure flat across the leg, at the widest point and at the hem, then double it. | ±1 inch |
Measurements are taken flat and may vary ±1 inch (2.5 cm). Tighter tolerances are available for private-label programmes — tell us the tolerance you need when ordering.
Choosing your size
- Compression / performance fit — leggings and sports bras are meant to feel tight; if you are between sizes, size up for comfort.
- Relaxed fit — for hoodies, joggers and lounge pants, choose your normal size; they are cut with extra room.
- Between two sizes? — size up for training wear, size down if you prefer a sculpted look.
- Teamwear — when ordering for a squad, take one sample in the middle size first, then confirm the size breakdown.
- Size ratio — for wholesale orders we recommend a standard ratio such as S 1 : M 2 : L 2 : XL 1, adjusted to your market.
