We ship worldwide by express, air and sea. Transit time is counted from the day your order leaves the factory, so add the production time when planning the arrival date — 3–10 days for samples and 5–15 days for bulk, depending on the customisation route.

Peak season (August–November) and Chinese New Year may add 5–10 days — confirm your delivery date with your sales contact before the order is placed.
Packing, duties & payments

| Packing | Each piece folded into a polybag, packed by colour and size with size stickers and your labels if required; master cartons with your shipping marks. |
| Carton data | Carton dimensions, weight and packing list are sent to you before dispatch for customs and warehouse booking. |
| Duties & taxes | Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility unless a DDP (delivered duty paid) rate is agreed in writing. We can ship on your freight account or use ours. |
| Insurance | Available on request for air and sea consignments — quoted with the freight. |
| Payment | Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay and Bancontact at checkout; bank transfer (T/T) available for orders above $5,000. |
