Checked piece by piece, not by sample
Every order goes through the same six checks — from the fabric roll to the sealed carton. Nothing ships until the measurements, stitching, logo and labels have been verified against your approved sample.

Incoming fabric & trims
Colour, weight (GSM), stretch and hand-feel checked against the approved standard. Rolls with shading differences are rejected before cutting.

Cutting & spreading
Panel dimensions and grain direction checked, and panels are bundled by size so no mixed sizes reach the line.

In-line sewing check
Stitch density, seam strength, overlock neatness and symmetry are checked during sewing — not after the whole order is finished.

First article approval
The first finished piece of every colour and size is measured and photographed; we send you the photos before continuing.

100% final inspection
Every single piece is inspected: measurements, stitching, logo placement and wash durability, then pressed, folded and bagged.

Packing & carton check
Labels, hang tags, size stickers and polybags verified against your artwork; carton weight, count and packing list checked before sealing.
What we check on every piece

| Measurements | Garment measured flat against the size chart, tolerance ±1 inch (2.5 cm). Tighter tolerances on request. |
| Colour | Matched to your Pantone reference or approved swatch under standard light; shading checked within the order. |
| Stitching | No skipped stitches, loose threads or puckering; seams and hems tested by hand for strength and elasticity. |
| Logo & printing | Position, size and colour of heat transfer, reflective, silicone or embroidery checked against the customisation file you approved. |
| Wash durability | Logo adhesion, print cracking and colour bleeding tested with repeated wash and rub checks. |
| Labels & packing | Main label, care label, size label, hang tag and packaging all checked against your artwork and your market’s requirements. |
Third-party inspection (SGS, Intertek, BV or your own agent) is welcome — tell us before production starts so we can schedule it.
If something is not right
- Report any issue within 7 days of receiving the goods, with photos and the quantity affected
- Confirmed production defects are replaced in your next order or credited — we do not ask you to keep faulty stock
- For logo problems we re-check against your approved artwork and customisation file first, so both sides see the same standard
- Keep 2–3 pieces of the affected size aside; we may ask for photos of the measurement or seam detail
We would rather fix a problem before shipping: production photos and the first-article approval exist so you can stop or adjust the run early.
