01 Stock light customisation

Your logo, your colour or a similar style — built on our ready stock designs. No new pattern or tooling is needed, so it is the fastest and the most economical route.

Logo techniques & unit pricing

Logo cost is charged per piece and added to the garment price automatically — exactly as shown in the Custom tab of every product page.

Prices are per piece in USD, based on the longest side of the logo. Quantity discounts on the garment price apply automatically: 21–100 pcs at 10% off, 100+ pcs at 20% off the retail price.

Customisation from your image

You send a picture — we turn it into a graded pattern, a sample and a production order. Nothing moves to bulk before you approve the sample.

   Send us your image

   Photos, screenshots, a hand sketch or a competitor link. Tell us the style, the colours, the size range and your target quantity.

   Confirm the measurements

   We agree the size chart, the measuring points, the fabric, the trims and the logo placement — or we work to the size chart you already sell.

   Paper pattern

   Our pattern maker drafts the paper pattern from your reference and grades it across the full size range, so every size stays consistent.

   Pattern making

   The first sample is cut, sewn and finished; we check the fit on a mannequin and against the measurements we agreed.

   Trial sample

   You receive photos of the sample on a model, and a video on request. We adjust the fit or the details as many times as it takes until you approve.

   Courier the sample to you

   The approved sample is couriered to you by express (7–10 days transit), so you can hold it before committing to bulk.

   

Sample fee: $25 per piece plus shipping, fully deducted from your first bulk order. Bulk production starts only after you approve the sample.

   Courier your sample to us

   Send one complete garment in any size. Allow 2–3 weeks in total: we return your original together with our counter-sample.

   Analyse the craft & measurements

   Fabric weight and stretch, seam and stitch density, trims, the print or embroidery method, and every measuring point — all recorded before we cut anything.

   Paper pattern

   We draft and grade the pattern from your sample’s measurements, so the fit stays the same in every size you order.

   Pattern making

   Our counter-sample is cut and sewn, then compared with your original piece by piece — measurements, seams, trims and finish.

   Courier the sample to you

   You check the counter-sample against your original garment. Once you approve it, we move to bulk — MOQ 200 pcs, 10–15 days.

   

Please send a garment you are happy to have measured and returned — we treat samples as your property and ship the original back with the counter-sample.

Lead time & MOQ

Sample lead time is counted from the moment we receive your artwork, colour reference or sample. Bulk production starts after you approve the sample.

Samples are $25 per piece plus shipping and are deducted from your first bulk order. Bulk lead time is counted from sample approval, not from the order date. Peak season (August–November) and Chinese New Year can add 5–10 days. Garment price discounts apply automatically: 21–100 pcs at 10% off, 100+ pcs at 20% off the retail price.
